I am excited to help you getting back on track after winter. We’re going to SPRINGLEAN your lifestyle – implement a healthy sustainable meal plan, introduce fun ways to get active and practise mindfulness.
Your meal plan will be uploaded on Friday, 5 August 2022.
You can then log into your profile on my website to download it.
You will also be requested to submit your measurements, weight and before photos.
Our program starts on Monday, 8 August 2022.
