Weight training is essential for fat to muscle conversion in order to speed up the metabolism and drastically change one’s physique.
This program is based on muscle depletion. In other words: we will be working in combo sets with medium to heavy weight and then finish each set with a burn set to get that optimal sculpting effect and ensure that the growth hormone gets fully activated!
PLEASE NOTE:
ALWAYS work as heavy as possible. The golden rule: You should barely be able to do the last few repetitions of a set. If it’s too easy, you have to increase the weight! You will have to gauge the weight and keep revising it so you always work with the heaviest possible weight!
